We are looking for an I-Trade T-Operations planner in our office in Mataró (Barcelona), who will be responsible for planning and executing international shipments.
Reporting to the Area Leader I-Trade T-Operations Manager, you will follow (and challenge) the global standard work processes and solutions while ensuring service requirements are met at the lowest possible cost.
You will:
* Be responsible for planning and executing the transportation flows of your scope.
* Lead and implement optimization projects:
1. Increasing the number of products loaded per container in trucks and containers.
2. Implementing multi-modal options.
3. Shifting actual routes when needed for service or cost-saving purposes.
1. Manage horizontal processes throughout the organization.
2. Collaborate in the daily work with both internal and external peers.
Your teams:
* The main team is in Mataró (Barcelona), with strong connections with Warsaw and Brussels.
Your connection network expands to several multi-discipline teams located around the world (Egypt, Singapore, Costa Rica, China…)
