The Controller’s main goal is to manage the company’s finances and accountancy. Moreover, he or she collaborates in the budget’s planning, follow-up, and execution and will run adhoc analysis to advise on strategic decision-making.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
1. Analyse costs to ensure that they are allocated in the proper cost centre.
2. Cooperate and give support to the Accounting Department in the monthly closing process to ensure that all costs accrued are recognized.
3. Analyse Actual costs vs budget in order to explain potential deviations.
4. Cooperate in the Budget process (Indirect and G&A costs).
5. Provide management information and key operational cost data.
6. Update information systems according to local and group requirements.
7. Conduct operational analysis of APM network utilisation and KPIs.
8. Cooperate in the analysis of operational KPIs and explain deviations.
9. Propose and implement new solutions in the field of operational cost analytics.
10. Automate standard reporting and analysis processes.
11. Cooperate in the analysis of operational costs, construction decision models, operational statistics, budgeting, management accounting, operational control, and financial analysis.
12. Assist various departments in cost, performance, and profitability analysis.
Well, what will the requirements be?
* Minimum 4 to 5 years in a similar position.
* Higher education or bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration and Economics/Accounting.
* Management accounting/controlling experience.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
* Experience in cost/revenue variance analysis.
* High level of English proficiency.
* Results-oriented.
