We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager for ISDIN, an international dermocosmetic company based in Barcelona.
Responsibilities:
* Build collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships with assigned customers to maximize business KPIs (turnover, business mix, profit, level of investment, stock management, in-store execution excellence).
* Lead the day-to-day business of the accounts, focusing on business development within the assigned channels, in coordination with both the line and functional manager; contribute to building a business development framework that maximizes business opportunities and drives sustainable financial growth.
* Negotiate and agree on assortment, share of space, and location at sub-channel level (hotels & resorts, theme parks, specialists, and sports), in line with the retail excellence targets defined with the Trade Marketing team.
* Ensure a fair share of strategic and operational tasks, covering the whole spectrum from customer identification to Sell-Out post-mortem analysis.
* Foster the development of the Love Isdin community within assigned customers to maximize the number of Isdin lovers interacting with the brand.
* Build a wide and successful internal network of relations and connections with different areas such as Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure account management and support is executed to high standards in a cooperative spirit.

Requirements: Qualifications:
* Education: Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or any other relevant field for this role; an MBA is desired.
* Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in sales and commercial roles in a multinational working environment.
* IT: Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
