As a Business Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Conferences Business Solutions Team by assisting in the execution of conference operations and maximizing the use of our technology products and configurations.
This role is designed for individuals with some experience in business operations or related fields, eager to further develop their skills and contribute to the success of our conferences.
Responsibilities
* Support:
o Collaborate with teams to leverage conference technologies for delivering key experiences and optimizing technology configurations.
o Provide remote and onsite support during conferences to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring teams benefit fully from our technology solutions.
o Contribute to platform configurations to ensure global consistency and enhance user experience.
* Communication:
o Build and maintain trust-based relationships with team members and stakeholders to facilitate effective use of technology products.
o Assist in communicating product updates and milestones to relevant parties, highlighting benefits and usage tips.
* Training:
o Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation for business processes and new features, focusing on maximizing technology utilization.
o Collaborate with Product Owners to draft user stories and explain business challenges related to technology use.
* Testing:
o Participate in performance assessments and provide insights for improvement, focusing on technology effectiveness.
o Support the organization and execution of projects, ensuring timely completion and optimal technology use.
o Contribute to QA and UA testing efforts to maintain product quality and usability.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent preferred.
* 1-3 years of experience in business operations, analysis, or a related field.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
* Effective communication skills with an eagerness to develop further.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Willing to travel to 5 to 6 conferences per year, providing critical support at our most important global conferences.
