The role
The NPPE Omnichannel Strategic Design Manager will drive brand design strategy and design thinking for Purina Europe, leading strategic design initiatives and design thinking within the organization.
What you’ll do
* Provide functional expert support and design project leadership to affect design objectives and strategy, quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and market competitiveness.
* Partner with brand team to create design strategies and translate them into effective design briefs to ensure design meets business objectives.
* Direct design projects from conception through design intent frozen, working with external or internal design resources and internal functions.
* Support design strategy for (but not limited to): Packaging/Display Unit Design, Visual brand identities, Conceptual Design & Research Stimuli, POS/Merchandising Displays/PDMs, Print, Collateral/Coupons, Digital Asset.
* Establish and maintain strong productive and collaborative partnerships with strategic design agencies.

Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
* 8+ years’ experience in design or consumer marketing at Nestlé with training or deep experience in design or equivalent FMCG.
* 8+ years design agency experience in account management, strategic planning, and/or project management.
* Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
* Experience in the digital environment (UX/UI or digital shelf) is a plus.
