The role
Reporting to the Product Stream Operations Manager, you will oversee the continuous value delivery of 3 of our Product Groups: Analytics Service lines (ASL), Commercial Analytics and Marketing Science (CAMS), and Data Analytics Products and Services (DAPS). You will support these groups (mix of internal and third-party managed), ensuring quality, efficiency, productivity, and agility are achieved cost-effectively. You'll grasp the strategies of these groups and collaborate with internal and supplier teams to deliver high-quality services that exceed business expectations.
What you’ll do
As an IS/IT Operations Manager you will:
1. Manage the different aspects of operations (FinOps, Vendor Management, Portfolio, Security and Compliance, Communications, Performance Management) for the three ADI Product Groups in scope.
2. Establish and refine operational procedures and processes for the Product Groups in scope, while also extending your influence to enhance cross-stream processes in collaboration with the Product Stream Operations Manager.
3. Manage the annual operating and capital expenditure budget as well as ongoing financial management of the respective groups.
4. Support the group sourcing strategy and provide oversight for supplier relationship management.
5. Cultivate a business-oriented culture centered on continuous improvement while providing leadership, coaching, and direction to peers to develop high-performing teams.

Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
* Proven experience in IT and business/industry, including experience in IS/IT Operations and increasing leadership responsibilities.
* Demonstrated experience in establishing standard processes and managing performance to achieve key metrics.
* Experience in budget planning and financial management.
* Experience in effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.
Bonus Points if you:
* Have already substantial leadership experience.
* Previously operated in a matrix organization while utilizing influencing skills.
* Have experience in vendor management and financial management.
