Your role
As a Business Development Representative, your main responsibility will be identifying strong sales opportunities, profiling potential clients, understanding their needs, and driving new business through targeted outbound campaigns.
In this role, you will support businesses in improving collaboration, accelerating growth, and fostering innovation. As part of the Business Development team, you’ll serve as the initial point of contact for numerous businesses, engaging proactively with them to build interest while identifying and qualifying their needs to direct them to the appropriate sales path.
You’ll have individual sales targets but will also work as part of a broader team focused on expanding the customer base across EMEA. This position is phone-based, where customer engagement will primarily occur via outbound calls.

2. Qualify prospects’ needs and set them on the best path for security success.
3. Crush individual targets while being part of a larger, supportive sales team focused on growth.
4. Become an expert on our products and services to offer tailor-made solutions that match client needs.
Your Day-to-Day
1. Consistently hit key performance metrics and keep up a strong activity level.
2. Build and manage a portfolio of high-potential accounts.
3. Conduct outbound prospecting, connect with C-level decision-makers, and guide them on their security journey.
4. Understand pain points, identify technical requirements, and align them with our cloud security solutions.
5. Keep CRM data updated, manage pipelines effectively, and contribute to team goals.
Who You Are
1. Education: BA / BS degree, ideally with a technical background.
2. Languages: Native German and advanced English skills.
3. Experience: At least 2 years in B2B sales or business development within IT, particularly in outbound sales.
4. Skills: Strong business acumen, solution-oriented, and familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus).
5. Traits: Go-getter attitude, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and motivated by achieving goals.
6. Desirable: Cloud or Cyber Security certifications and knowledge of the APAC market.
