About this role:
Gartner seeks a Product Manager to own digital workplace technology and drive awareness and adoption of our tools and services.
The product manager will build and foster strong relationships with associates and vendors and represent the products throughout their lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
* Champion the use of and drive adoption of our digital workplace tools like Microsoft365, Google Workspace, Cisco Webex, and others.
* Manage relationships with software vendors to share use cases, develop solutions, and roadmaps.
* Maintain a deep understanding of existing and emerging technology for workplace tools.
* Develop and manage focus groups and feedback mechanisms to listen to customer needs.
* Lead internal technical communities and present on new technologies.
* Work closely with digital workplace teammates to identify impactful changes.
* Create and share digital workplace technology vision and roadmap with partners and leadership.
* Translate technical enhancements into understandable content.
* Collect and present data on tool usage.
Requirements:
* MS or BS degree in computer or information science, related focus, or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years managing enterprise IT technology, services, products, and projects.
* Digital workplace tool management expertise.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and Google Workspace tools.
* Experience with collecting, analyzing, and presenting data.
