What you’ll do :
* Create, grow, and manage a portfolio of new clients, showcasing the value of OPINATOR’s cutting-edge platform.
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, managing the sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiations and close.
* Build and maintain a robust pipeline to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
* Develop strong relationships with clients while collaborating with internal teams (presales, customer success, etc.) to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
* Analyze market trends, industry challenges, and customer needs to tailor solutions and provide feedback to enhance our offerings.
* Represent OPINATOR with professionalism and integrity as a trusted partner and thought leader in the CX space.
Requirements :
* A proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, with 3–5+ years of experience.
* Experience working in Customer Experience or VoC solutions, with familiarity in competitive market landscapes.
* Fluency in Spanish and English (C1 / C2); additional languages are a plus.
* A Bachelor’s degree (a Master’s is a bonus).
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
* Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for excellence.
