We are looking for an experienced professional to define and implement the operational excellence strategy in Iberia production sites, through strategic process optimization initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement optimization strategies, working closely with leadership teams to identify areas for operational efficiency and process enhancement.
Lead transformation efforts, promoting a culture of continuous innovation and process excellence throughout the organization.
Oversee and drive process improvement projects using data-driven methodologies to analyze and refine business processes. Track project performance and present insights, outcomes, and cost savings to senior leadership.
Educate and mentor employees and leadership on continuous improvement principles and best practices.
Assess key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Required profile:
Engineering Bachelors’ Degree. Six Sigma or Lean certification.
More than 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with process improvement, operational excellence or related roles, acquired in multinational highly professionalized companies.
Proven experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
