About the Job
Group IT is at the forefront of driving the evolution of technology and managing information risks to ensure they align with and support Allianz's business goals. We lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive IT and Information Security strategy that is closely aligned with the business strategy and key functions across the Group. By establishing global IT and IS governance frameworks, we guide the execution of strategic initiatives, manage high-impact IT projects, and oversee the implementation of our Integrated Control System for IT and Information Security.
Our team fosters collaboration through global IT and IS councils, supports a community of CIOs and CISOs, and continuously enhances Allianz’s IT management tools. Ultimately, we are committed to delivering high-quality, benchmarked IT services that make a measurable impact across Allianz Group.
What you do
* Contribute to the development and update of the Group Digital Operating Model, including processes, people and skills
* Derive processes from Corporate Rules and create respective documentation
* Closely collaborate with related functions and Allianz Technology on defining processes and interfaces as well as closely collaborating with HR regarding skill profiles
* Consult Operating Entities on local implementation of central requirements
* Contribute to monitoring the implementation of the Digital Operating Model across Allianz entities
* Engage with key stakeholders in the area of IT Governance across Allianz Group and the OEs
* Lead projects in the area of the Digital Operating Model as well as designing and delivering trainings on the Digital Operating Model.
What you bring
* Professional experience in Information Technology or related field
* Experience in (IT) Governance Processes and Standards
* Enterpreneurship, ownership and delivery culture as well as good relationship management competencies
* Ability to engage and influence senior internal stakeholders and external stakeholders
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as structured and systematic working style
* Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
* University degree/ Master in Computer Science, business information systems, Business Administration or related field
