Position: Plant Manager
Responsibilities:
* Achievement of Operational Excellence in his / her Facility
o Assumes the legal responsibility in his/her facility operations.
o Ensure achievement of Safety Performance (Field-Safety, Process-Safety, Cybersecurity) & Security at Facility level.
o Responsible for developing/maintaining a strong and sustainable safety culture.
o Ensure Reliability and Efficiency Performance at Facility level.
* Performance Contribution & Follow-up
o Build and maintain Customer Operational Relationship.
o Approve the Facility Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs).
o Understand, monitor, and optimize local operating costs and budgets.
* Interface with other teams
o Ensure that maintenance tasks are authorized and coordinated.
o Work with the ROCC to ensure appropriate Quality and Quantity of product is delivered to customers.
* Management of HR Resources in the Facility
o Provide training and coaching to improve team member's performance.
o Complete Performance Development System reviews, training plans, and action plans for his/her team.
* Legal Compliance
o Responsible for the Facility regulatory compliance.
