This role offers a unique opportunity to work in an international, fast-paced environment while ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests.Onboard, Chef de Cuisine roles are divided into two key areas: Main Galley Operations – Leading a large team of up to 80 kitchen staff, overseeing high-volume production and service for the main restaurant, preparing mise en place for select outlets, and ensuring efficient execution of large-scale culinary operations.
