The graduate will be in charge of assisting the team on the development of future products and marketing plans for the brand. His/her role would also focus on the creation of content for the new projects.What you'll get to do1. MarketingParticipate in ideating concepts for new launches (mood boards, concept research, names, packaging ideas, design, etc.)Support the teams during all steps of innovation development and coordinate the development of all support materials to guarantee a successful launch along with internal teams.Set operational implementation in cooperation with all departments (Trade, Merchandising, Training, Media, PR, etc.).Create Marketing presentations for business meetings.2. Content CreationImplement and follow up on content production for the different departments involved in Makeup.Elaborate briefs for service providers, production companies, and external creative teams.Follow up on the shootings from preparation to post-production.Coordinate with the different internal departments: Operational Marketing, Communication, Digital, Retail teams, etc.Guarantee deadlines and project planning.Ensure the graphic charter of the brand on the different media and formats.We'd love to meet you if you haveFluent in English, you define yourself as a creative person with a huge passion for the Beauty industry, specifically for Makeup. You have a special sensibility and taste, coupled with robust organizational abilities. Additionally, you are known for your flexibility and quick responsiveness.Graduate contract: you cannot have more than 3 experiences after your last degree to be part of the program.Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar position (as Intern/Apprentice).Education: University Degree or Master in Business School, specialization in Marketing or Design, Art...Languages: Fluent in English.
