The Role
As a Digital Product Owner at Nespresso, you will be responsible for driving the digital strategy, development, and continuous enhancement of a new solution for Nespresso's Premium Self-Service program ('Intervallo'). Your primary focus will be on the Intervallo Consumer-facing digital touchpoints that will enable end-users to order beverages, interact and engage with the system, delivering an exceptional user experience and maximizing consumer retention through innovative digital solutions.
In This Role, You Will:
1. Define and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Intervallo Consumer-facing digital Products, aligned with Nespresso's business objectives.
2. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including tech, design, machine development, market, and Business Stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals, priorities, and timely delivery.
3. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint planning in collaboration with the Agile development team.
4. Collaborate with Product Designers to conduct UX/UI research, usability testing, and user validation on key Product elements to be developed and delivered.
5. Collaborate with the Data Insights team to conduct and review market and user research, leveraging and identifying data-driven insights for product improvement, ensuring the product meets user needs and expectations.
6. Drive iterative development cycles, conduct regular reviews, and retrospectives to refine the product, improve features, and optimize user experience.
7. Be aligned with the definition of objective and key results, and regularly monitor metrics related to product performance, usage, and user engagement, making Product decisions according to those data insights.
8. Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and impediments to successful product delivery, developing mitigation strategies and adapting plans accordingly.
9. Conduct stakeholder management activities, as this is a strategic project for Nespresso with a wide range of stakeholders within HQ and markets.
What We're Looking For:
1. At least 5 years of successful experience in Product Ownership or Product Management.
2. Experience working in B2C digital products in a D2C context.
3. Experience in Android/iOS apps and in self-serve digital touchpoints and IoT integration would be expected for the position.
4. Proficient understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and demonstrated success in managing product development within Agile frameworks.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve product performance.
6. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
