Responsibilities:
* Perform general administrative duties and provide support related to Corporate Services specific tasks.
* Provide support on invoicing, payments, and budget area including encoding invoices in IDM and ABAC.
* Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
* Assist with the maintenance of financial databases and filing systems.
* Follow up of expenditures.
* Assistance in meeting organization including catering requests.
* Deal with incoming and outgoing mail.
* Perform any other support necessary for the team.
Requirements:
Educational level: Certified post-secondary education studies and appropriate professional experience of at least three years.
Professional experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in job-related proven experience following the education requirements.
Computer skills: MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint).
Languages: English professional competence, the working language of the Joint Undertaking.
Personal skills: Ability to build and maintain good working relationships as part of a team. Good communication skills. Organization and prioritization skills. Attention to details. Self-motivated and able to perform duties autonomously with speed and accuracy, according to set budgets and schedules.
Working hours: Monday-Friday 8/9 to 17/18 P.M.
Office location: Poblenou, Barcelona.
Estimated duration of the tasks to be performed: 6 months.
