Freelance Strategic Central Change Manager in Barcelona Catalonia

We are looking for a Freelance Strategic Central Change Manager. What would your duties be?
1. Support the mobilisation and operationalisation of the Change Hub, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
2. Partner with functional change managers and key stakeholders to ensure a cohesive, organisation-wide approach to change management.
3. Support development and maintenance of change management tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve business-wide change maturity.
4. Provide coaching, training, and assurance support to ensure effective change adoption across business units.
5. Develop Change Management Strategies: Formulate comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support the adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies within the sales and marketing teams.
6. Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage with key stakeholders to understand their concerns and expectations. Develop and implement stakeholder management plans to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.
7. Change Impact Assessment: Conduct thorough change impact assessments to evaluate the effects of changes on the organisation and its employees. Identify potential barriers and develop strategies to address them.
8. Communication Plans: Develop and execute communication plans to effectively convey the vision, objectives, and benefits of change initiatives. Ensure that communication is clear, consistent, and timely across all levels of the organisation.
9. Training and Development: Liaise with the Commercial Sales Effectiveness and Business Improvement teams to facilitate comprehensive training and development programs to equip sales teams with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to succeed in the new environment.
10. Change Readiness and Adoption: Monitor and assess the readiness and adoption levels of employees throughout the change process. Implement interventions to address resistance and promote positive engagement.
11. Measurement and Reporting: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives. Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on progress, challenges, and outcomes.
12. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in change management practices. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance the overall effectiveness of change initiatives.
Which are the requirements for this position?
1. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in change management and change communication experience, preferably within a sales and marketing context.
2. Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale change initiatives.
3. Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Proven experience in change management, transformation, or business change roles.
8. Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, APMG, ADKAR, PCI) is a plus.
9. Experience in mobilising and embedding change frameworks across an organisation.
10. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels.
11. Experience in capability building and training to support change champions.
12. Knowledge of change communication and engagement strategies.
