International pharma company is looking for a Brand Manager. The job purpose is to manage the day-to-day marketing activities of the organization and mid / long-term marketing strategy for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Management of brands under their responsibility to achieve company objectives.
2. Plan innovative growth strategies (product innovation, commercial, communication).
3. Plan and supervise the execution of media plans.
4. Define and ensure the execution of the communication elements (both in the media and at the point of sale) established in the Marketing Plan.
5. Control marketing budget.
6. Collect information from the market regarding brands and competition for decision making.
7. Ensure development of the direct reports.
8. Carry out and/or coordinate quantitative and/or qualitative market statistical analysis.
9. Forecast analysis (Demand Forecast).
10. Define and propose strategic actions for Marketing Plan.
11. Analyze the impact on sales of marketing actions and consensus with the commercial area in the sales estimate.
12. Organization and monitoring of various events.
Requirements:
1. University degree.
2. English Advanced.
3. Experience 3-4 years (OTC, FMCG, Dermo cosmetic).
4. Microsoft Office Advanced.
5. Knowledge of digital marketing.
6. Knowledge of analysis of market data (IMS, Nielsen).
