Here are your different responsibilities:ResponsibilitiesSales operations Prepare quotes and support sales representatives (confirmation of prices, product information, etc.), process orders, and manage shipmentsPrepare, track, and send renewal offers to clientsRespond to various requests from internal and external customers (via email and phone)Assign application specialists to sales activities (demonstrations, visiting customers, etc.)Update our database (CRM)Technical Support Operations Manage all types of training with customers/distributors in our CRM: plan dates, assign application specialists, establish participant lists, provide logistics for application specialists, create training certificates, prepare and send training packages as neededRespond to all training inquiries submitted by our customers and distributorsIn collaboration with the Italian technical director, coordinate assignments for application specialists based on skills, availability, and locationsMake welcome calls to our customers to introduce them to our customer portal and support activities, and take the opportunity to update their contact information in our CRMMarketing operations Participate in the organization of certain seminars or key events (invitation and thank you campaigns, logistics) and ensure a presence at certain eventsManage potential customers in our CRM after eventsYou will also contribute to various projects and initiatives aimed at improving the user experience and efficiency of our internal processesQualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in customer service in a sales team, ideally internationallyExperience with a CRM tool (Salesforce) is an assetExcellent ability to communicate remotely (by phone and email) with internal and external clientsConcern for customer satisfaction, shown by responding attentively to the needs of our customers and partnersStrong curiosity and analytical skills suited for complex cases and solving them as a teamComfortable with multi-tasking while having attention to detail and a good work organizationFluent in Italian, and an advanced level of English (written and spoken), and sensitivity to cultural differencesWe thank you for your interest in this position.
