Key Responsibilities
* Monitoring IICS processes to diagnose and solve incidents.
* Identify patterns on issues to improve processes.
* Support to production environments for IICS.
* Create/modify Schedulers, execute processes on demand.
* Attend users on incidents and/or problems for IICS platform.
* Analysis for the accurate definition of integration solutions, identifying whether it should be an On-Premise, Cloud or mixed implementation.
* Monitoring and collaboration, as part of the work teams, in the migration of projects and developments to productive and non-productive environments.
* Attend and resolve requirements, incidents and projects that are captured through the help desk application or AzureDevOps.
* Investigates alternative solutions to problems and business requirements based on the best practices, methodologies and Informatica standards.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree / Engineering in systems, computing or related.
* Proven knowledge in PL / SQL (Indispensable).
* 1 to 3 years of verifiable experience in Computer Science, Power Center, Oracle SOA suit or IICS. At least one middleware tool. (Indispensable).
* Good experience in Cloud Computing (Indispensable).
* Solid experience in the implementation of IICS (CAI & CDI) (desirable)
* Good programming level on Java.
