Our client, the world's leading provider of digital printing solutions, is currently looking for a Marketing Analytics and Martech Coordinator to transform business and market data into actionable insights to drive strategic marketing and commercial growth. This role manages marketing platforms, CDPs, and AI applications to optimize ROI, improve campaign effectiveness, and enable personalized customer engagement.

Tasks
* Analyze multi-source data (marketing, sales, CRM, customer interactions, competitor reports) to identify trends and predictive patterns
* Provide data-driven recommendations for customer segmentation, personalization, and campaign optimization
* Support the adoption of a data-centric marketing culture within the organisation
* Support marketing automation and digital advertising teams with predictive analytics and AI-driven modeling
* Coordinate and maintain recurring competitive intelligence reports, tracking market trends, competitor campaigns, pricing, and product innovation
* Manage key marketing platforms (chatbots, CDP, customer survey tools) to ensure functionality, integration, and user adoption
* Implement automation solutions for data acquisition, enrichment, and segmentation
* Support AI-driven marketing initiatives to improve customer engagement and campaign performance
* Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to enhance platform capabilities
* Develop interactive dashboards and reports to provide clear, actionable insights
* Ensure data visualization is intuitive and supports real-time decision-making
* Maintain data integrity and consistency
Requirements
* Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
* 2+ years in marketing analytics, MarTech, or related fields (we are flexible with that!)
* Skills in data visualisation tools (eg: Tableau, Power BI) and CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce)
* Understanding of AI-driven marketing tools, CDPs, and automation tools to support predictive analytics
* Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into marketing recommendations
* Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate insights effectively
* A team player with an open mindset
* Curious, willing to learn, and desire to grow in data-driven marketing
* Full professional level of English; Any other language is considered a plus
