Role Description: Senior Brand Manager in Barcelona
It is a hybrid role: Brand Marketing & Business/Retail Marketing. The aim is to develop and implement global brand and marketing strategy (product project, Retailer event) in order to accomplish objectives in terms of image, market share, net revenues, and profitability while managing the distributors.
Brand Marketing: Working hand in hand with the brand founder and communications team:
* Define and protect the brand vision and fundamentals
* Define the brand portfolio strategy: guide portfolio priorities (new launches, pillar products, and core catalogue)
* Lead master marketing calendar:
* Brand Annual Plan (launches, sets, GWPs, sampling…)
* Define 360 go-to-market plan for launches
* Education Book & Selling Ceremony
* Retail guidelines and animations for temporary and permanent spaces
* Dotcom Guidelines
Business / Retail Marketing:
* Develop and put in place the retail marketing plans with distributors and retailers: Develop and ensure implementation of promotional plans by market, including proposal of tailored made local actions
* Develop launch plans and prepare launch feedback analysis
* Educate distributors on brand retail guidelines, and ensure correct implementation of permanent spaces (planogram, point of sale material…) and temporary spaces (store animations…)
* Educate distributors on brand training strategy and tools, and help coordinate training sessions on new products, brand trainings, and selling techniques
* Support communications team in the implementation of media and PR plans
* Organize and coordinate trade events
Requirements:
* Knowledge of the Fragrance sector
* Marketing experience, minimum 3 years (plan de marketing, retail implementation at local level,…)
* Experience in managing/working with distributors at an international level
* Excellent knowledge of the end-to-end marketing process
* Strong influencing skills: build and sustain excellent relationships with both internal stakeholders and clients
* Languages: Spanish & English a must (other appreciated)
