Restaurant Manager
Manage and organize daily restaurant operations to control costs and deliver high-quality customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a premium positioning.
* Lead a team of 20 employees, including a head chef, floor manager, barista, and others.
* Coordinate shifts, schedules, daily meetings, task transfers, and routine follow-ups.
* Work towards objectives, conduct weekly and monthly mystery shopper evaluations, and analyze KPIs.
* Maintain effective communication and leadership within the team, including 1-on-1 feedback sessions.
* Manage team conflicts, provide coaching, and conduct training sessions.
* Report to the Operations Manager.
The Restaurant Manager manages +20 staff and supervisory personnel.
Requirements:
* Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
* Vast experience managing restaurant or Café & Bakery store operations in Spain.
* Extensive experience leading a team of +10 restaurant staff.
* Experience responsible for Food Quality and Safety.
* Previous experience in charge of sales target and shift management of a restaurant/store in Spain.

Benefits: Annual salary of €35,000 gross + incentives based on revenues + benefits.
