Job Purpose
The customer strategy manager will shape our customer long-term strategy and develop the necessary measures and KPIs to ensure we meet the business objectives.
Main Accountabilities
1. Leading the Customer VY Transform Plan.
2. Supporting the development of customer long term strategy.
3. Developing business cases to support decision making.
4. Supporting the various customer departments to achieve their goals.
Main Responsibilities - Tasks
1. Implement plans to maximise the value for the customer and for the company: increase NPS, increase revenues and reduce costs.
2. Support the development of long-term customer strategy as part of VY Transform.
3. Build business cases using modelling techniques and ensure alignment with key stakeholders.
4. Conduct research and analyses of projects effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.
5. Actively seek new opportunities to improve and develop area processes and policies with a focus on efficiency and consistency.
6. Track the necessary KPI to ensure results are delivered.
7. Liaise with key internal departments/stakeholders to develop new projects and CX initiatives.
8. Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations for project approvals.
9. Assess CX market trends and competitors.
10. Identify threats and opportunities for the Customer Experience.
11. Present findings, projections, and recommended actions.
12. Plan, implement and manage in high level the proposed recommendations and projects.
13. Monitor and reporting on projects.
14. Support and guide senior executive decision-making processes.

Education
Degree in business or related field, MBA preferred.
Experience
Years of experience in management consulting or strategic planning.
