Objective of the internship: Reporting to the Global Sales & Marketing Manager, Service Robotics, the successful candidate will perform different tasks in the field of Marketing.
Service Robotics is a Product Line within ABB Robotics that has the goal to take robotics beyond the manufacturing floor. Our focus sectors are Healthcare, Life Sciences, Food Service and Retail, with Laboratory Automation being one of our main applications.
Tasks to be performed:
* Support in the planning and execution of offline and online marketing activities (including tradeshows, campaigns, etc).
* Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
* Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials and content.
* Support sales and commercial teams with tools and insights that enhance operational efficiency.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies aimed at optimizing customer engagement and revenue growth.
* Support the introduction and maintenance of opportunities in the CRM.
* Gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of commercial initiatives.
Qualifications For The Role
* Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree students in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Engineering.
* Languages: high English is a plus.
* Additional knowledge: High level Excel and PowerPoint is a must. Knowledge of PowerBI and coding will be valued.
