GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:The Finance & Accounting Coordinators is responsible for ensuring timeliness and accuracy in the financial statements, while analyzing large volumes of financial data to improve efficiency and accurate books register. This role reports to Finance & Accounting manager and coordinates Account Payable, Account Receivables, Billing, Taxes and Fixed Assets areas.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborate in the calculations of the Corporate Income Tax installment payments with the F&A ManagerCollaborate in the calculations of the final Corporate Income Tax with the F&A ManagerSubmit to the Tax Agency Annual tax formsSupport F&A Manager in the preparation/presentation of the Annual Statutory accounts and Legal BooksAttend and coordinate the external and internal auditsSubmit Global Risk and Compliance internal controls in Archer platformPrepare and submit balance sheet accounts reconciliations in BlacklineManage and control of Treasury (Cash pooling, loans, local banks accountsPerform the forecast of Treasury, depreciation and other financial itemsPrepare and submit the Banco de España reportReview our financial statements monthly (Profit & Loss, Trial Balance)Ensure the provision of all accrued expenses and revenuesReview of bank reconciliations.Coordination and follow-up of Electronic Notifications of the Tax Agency.Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal group policies.Take responsibility for delivering accuracy data in month-end and year closing on timeEDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:University degree in Economics, Business or similar.At least 2 years of experience in a finance position.Knowledge of taxation.Knowledge of the main drivers of the terminal business.Detail oriented and focused on quality.Ability to lead, good communicator and strong interpersonal skills.Experience with ERP systems (IFS preferable)Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, Power Query, etc.)Advanced EnglishDynamic and ambitious person, who wants to learn and to contribute to the identification, planning and execution of improvement projects that will improve the effectiveness of the overall finance function.
