* Analyzing shopper dynamics and defining shopper marketing strategy for your own scope.
* Analyzing category trends/key growth levers and defining together with Marketing the category vision.
* Collaborate with marketing, NRM, and Sales team to develop and implement sales promotions.
* Coordinate and monitor the execution of related sales activities.
* Provide regular reporting (e.g., MS Promo, P&L, NPI launch control, distribution, promotion overview, and listing overviews).
* Define best assortment and shelf layout for your own scope and analyze competitive shelf status, identifying new opportunities.
* Work on category management projects with key clients; steer project implementation & follow-up on results.
* Lead and empower team members in their assigned job responsibilities within a trustful, healthy culture.
