Your Responsibilities: Manage the administrative and logistical aspects of export orders: order entry, shipment tracking, invoicing, documentation, coordination with carriers, and post-sales follow-up.
Coordinate relationships with transporters, freight forwarders, and international partners.
Handle order processing and sales tracking on Amazon.
Provide support to the sales team in developing international business.
Analyze export sales performance and propose improvement actions.
Profile Sought: Bachelor Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related field.
Initial experience in export operations preferred.
Proficient in office tools (Excel, etc.).
Good knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures.
Fluent French speaker with excellent command of English (spoken and written); a third language is a plus.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
Familiarity with Odoo and Sage X3 is a plus.
