The compensation and benefits specialist provides area support to the C&B manager on all compensation and benefits related matters within the organization. The specialist works independently under loose supervision and participates on strategic compensation and benefit related projects and initiatives. The specialist also assists the HR Business Partners in increasing the awareness of the compensation and benefits agenda in the organization.
Responsibilities:
* Provide support to the C&B manager on compensation and benefits matters.
* Participate in strategic compensation and benefit projects and initiatives.
* Assist HR Business Partners in promoting the compensation and benefits agenda.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management.
* Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits.
* Fully bilingual (English/Spanish - both oral and written).
* Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
* Excellent MS Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint).
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tough deadlines.
* Team player.
Education:
Candidate must have a BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance + a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
