Role overview: The B2B Content Writer is responsible for delivering exceptional content that resonates with the WebPros target audience. This role collaborates closely with Campaign Strategists, Product Marketers, and other internal stakeholders on content development for global campaigns.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver content for integrated multi-channel campaigns focused on key solutions and topics that are designed to generate leads for Sales and direct eCommerce business globally.
* Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of content and make data-driven adjustments.
* Conduct thorough research on industry trends, customer pain points, and competitor activities to inform content creation and messaging.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of proven experience in copywriting and creating content, preferably in a B2B technology space. Experience in agency settings or multi-product environments is a plus.
* Native English speaker. Other languages are a plus.
* Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Creative thinking with a passion for storytelling.
* Ability to translate business objectives into compelling content.
* Understanding of B2B marketing and eCommerce strategies, including lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer retention.
* Ability to gain a strong understanding of the organization, its offerings and its culture is critical.
* Customer and market-driven orientation.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
* Experience in using generative AI or LLMs in efficiently creating high-quality content are a plus.
