We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic SaaS Marketing Manager that can take the lead on our demand and lead generation activities across retail, CPG, etc., working closely with Business Development and regional sales teams, engaging with customers.
As a Sr. Marketing Manager, you will join the Global Marketing and Communications team in Barcelona and be the strategic leader behind our go-to-market initiatives for both our consumer experience and industrial software solutions. You will be a hands-on leader, actively contributing, developing, and executing data-driven marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and, ultimately, revenue growth.
What you will do:
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with Product Marketing and the Commercial organization to define target markets, buyer personas, and go-to-market plans.
* Demand Generation: Oversee and optimize all lead generation activities (content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, etc.) to fill the pipeline with high-quality leads.
* Brand Management: Drive brand awareness by spearheading the companies’ identity, customer advisory board, and messaging across all marketing channels.
* Content Marketing: Lead the creation of high-quality, lead-generating content (blog posts, white papers, case studies, etc.) that educates, engages, and converts prospects throughout the buyer's journey.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely across Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, etc., to ensure alignment and achieve overall business goals.
* Organize and attend industry events and conferences to build relationships with customers, partners, influencers, etc., and promote the company.
* Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges.
* Track key marketing metrics and KPIs (e.g., website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, etc.). Analyze data and use insights to continuously optimize marketing campaigns.
What you need to have:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business development
* At least 5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a proven lead generation and conversion track record.
* Proven experience in marketing to early adopters and successfully driving mainstream adoption of innovative products or solutions.
* Experience developing and driving high-impact product launch campaigns with creative, cross-functional, and retail/channel teams globally.
* Excellent written and verbal communications.
* Ability to work in a team or independently and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
* Strong time management and organization skills.
* Self-motivated with a data-driven mindset and willingness to accept feedback.
