What You’ll Do
As part of the Regional Digital team, the Digital Marketing Manager (reporting to the Digital Marketing Senior Manager, EMEA ANZ) will be leading the digital media strategy for 2 of our main brands in the EMEA ANZ region: DEWALT® and STANLEY®, with a strong focus on Paid Media and ensuring a clear alignment with the strategic vision defined by the Digital Marketing Senior Manager.

If you're skilled in platforms like Google, Meta, Programmatic, and Amazon, and can seamlessly manage day-to-day planning and cross-team coordination between our central digital agency and local marketing teams, we want you on our team! A remote position with business operating hours within the CET zone. Please note that this position is not able to support visa sponsorships.
What You’ll Do
Strategy Development:
* Align digital media strategy with the Senior Manager's direction and company principles.
* Collaborate to ensure brand strategies fit the Digital Transformation roadmap.
* Create a Test & Learn roadmap to identify effective strategies and share insights.
* Refine target audiences and set annual media goals for two brands.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams for strategic campaign directions.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
* Brief and manage communications with digital agencies for media plans.
* Lead campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
* Provide updates on market issues and campaign status.
* Manage budgets, track performance, and assist with financial processes.
* Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic feedback.
* Work with the Analytics Manager on campaign dashboards and insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Align search strategy with the Regional Digital Marketing Manager.
* Plan campaigns with the Regional Sr Manager for DEWALT® and STANLEY®.
* Integrate product reviews into campaigns with the Operations Coordinator.
* Ensure proper analytics setup with the Analytics Manager.
Who You Are
* Proficient in media buying platforms (Meta, Google, Amazon, TikTok) and knowledgeable in online media planning, brand, and performance media fundamentals.
* Independent, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital marketing with expertise in Display, Video, SEM, PPC, Social, Programmatic, and data-driven marketing tools like Google Analytics.
* Strong understanding of legal and compliance issues, including GDPR and CCPA, with the ability to develop clear and persuasive performance reports.
* Skilled in stakeholder management, storytelling, and effective communication, both written and oral, to convey digital marketing strategies and insights.
* Comfortable attending events and delivering presentations, with the ability to organize ideas logically and sequentially.

* Bachelor’s degree related with Advertising, Marketing or Economics, with experience working in digital planning in a corporate environment.
* Proficiency in English (C1-C2) which will be assessed in an interview by the hiring managers. All of your communications will be in English (written, verbal).
* Strong presentation skills, including great skills in developing presentations in Powerpoint.
* Strong analytic thinking and solutions oriented.
* Eager to learn, take initiative and good understanding of dealing with different cultures/markets
