Our client is a leading FMCG company in the area of Barcelona who is looking for a Global Innovation Brand Manager for the Marketing Department reporting to the Innovation Marketing Director.FUNCTIONSResponsabilities:
- Understand the global markets and what drives each brand: understand each brand#39;s consumer and customer needs. Analyze market trends, assess the landscape, and understand the competitive environment.
- Own and develop brand building across all touch points of the global brand: define the target consumer and brand equity, guide new product development, and create all kinds of brand innovation.
- Develop annual global marketing plans: Lead the development of effective and efficient marketing plans to deliver the growth goals and financial targets for each brand and market, working across functions and especially with sales.
- Develop new consumer-based innovations for the brands: Identify emerging consumer needs and trends in the category and develop a focused innovation plan for the brand. Manage the development process for each initiative, from idea to launch.
- Marketing Plans Execution: execute a defined Marketing Plan to deliver each brand#39;s growth goals and financial targets, working across functions, especially with sales and trade. Manage the annual marketing budgets and ensure plans are delivered within them.
- Execute the plans excellently: Ensure consistent best-in-class execution of the marketing elements.Requirements:
- Degree - ideally with a marketing background + business School with at least 5 years of FMCG Brand Management experience with international scope.
- Fluent in English.
- Analytical skills and data driven understanding (strong reporting skills).
- Excellent project management skills with ability to work across complex and multiple project.
