Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Understand customer needs, train on and demonstrate GE HealthCare Products & Services.
2. Create a personalized relationship with customers to maintain satisfaction and engage with new and existing accounts to establish credibility and drive clinical strategy.
3. Build personalized presentations based on knowledge gained about the customer, demonstrating how GE HealthCare solutions can improve their business environment.
4. Demonstrate, promote & sell assigned products and services within territory; must demonstrate proficiency in using the product applications in a clinical setting.
5. Develop, coordinate and deliver product applicative training to customers on software and/or equipment use, monitor customer installations within assigned territory/region to improve satisfaction and maintain relations.
6. Work with sales leaders to increase prospects and drive closure of opportunities, and support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstrations and promotions as well as customer training.
Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is desirable.
2. Expertise in MRI is a must.
3. Strong clinical/technical experience.
4. Demonstrated interpersonal & communication skills (ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to external customers, global counterparts, and team members in other functional organizations).
5. Ability to understand and present complex material in understandable terms.
6. Solid problem-solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues, and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers).
7. Willingness to travel within territory for trainings, sales meetings, and tradeshows.
8. X-RAY technician certification is a must.
Desired Characteristics:
1. Proven track record in clinical applications.
2. Clinical experience in large hospitals.
3. Healthcare business and process knowledge.
4. Persuasive and able to influence clinical decisions for GE HealthCare.
5. Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired; ability to communicate effectively using local language).
