An exciting new position has opened up as Account Manager in our Martorell facility.
Key Tasks
* Representing the Sales department of Lear in front of OEM in all activities related to the commercial and administrative area (customer meetings, presentations, visualizations).
* Understanding customer demands and planning how such demands can be met in a way that is best for the profitability of Lear and for maintaining a long-term relationship with the customer.
* Responsible for commercial estimation and negotiations on the running series business (change management process) and keeping the deadlines of the account.
* Responsible for keeping financial KPIs and commercial task commitments (program profitability level).
* Finding solutions with the customer to close commercial topics and avoid escalation.
* Close cooperation with other departments in Lear (Development, Purchasing, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Production).
* Participating in cost reduction measures for improving the commercials in the project.
* Maintaining internal reporting.
* Maintaining internal sales systems and instruments.
Key Requirements:
* Be a motivated self-starter and have a willingness to take the lead.
* Previous experience in Sales, Engineering, and/or Program Management area.
* High level of communication (Must: Spanish and English; German will be a plus) and high self-organization skills.
* Motivation and experience to work out strategies to achieve commercial goals.
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
