As the Controller for the USA branch, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounting and tax operations for our business in the United States. This role requires a deep understanding of the USA tax and accounting system, as well as the ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, extensive experience in a similar role, and a passion for precision and compliance.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the full cycle of accounting operations for the USA branch, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Ensure compliance with all USA tax regulations, including federal, state, and local tax filings.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for the USA branch.
Collaborate with the global finance team to align financial reporting and processes.
Monitor and implement changes in USA tax laws and accounting standards.
Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities as needed.Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Deep knowledge of the USA tax and accounting system, including GAAP and IRS regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in accounting software (Business Central preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).What We Offer:
