Position Overview
The Therapy Development Manager will be responsible for the clinical support and management of the Coronary Sinus Reducer therapy. This includes prospecting and building relationships with healthcare professionals to increase account revenue growth and customer satisfaction within the Reducer product line and assigned geography.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop expert-level knowledge of the Coronary Sinus Reducer and be recognized by customers as a product expert.
* Provide high-quality clinical and technical support to help sites achieve procedural success and increased therapy adoption.
* Educate customers to ensure that products are understood and used effectively.
* Understand the clinical data and translate it to physician/patient benefit, ensuring the Reducer is used appropriately.
* Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints in a prompt and effective manner.
* Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to facilitate access to new technologies.
Qualifications:
* Proficient Spanish required; basic business English is highly desired.
* Experience in the medical device market, particularly Interventional Cardiology, is a must.
* Experience with clinical support in a cathlab setting is required.
* Strong track record of commercial success and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
