I am looking for a Product Owner with 3 years of experience enthusiastic about taking over responsibility for the Webshop Analytics teams.
Your Responsibilities
* Shape the future of Real-Time Analytics use cases within the Webshop area, focusing on customer-facing conversion rate optimization scenarios such as natural scarcity.
* Work closely with various product teams and business stakeholders across Europe to identify new business opportunities, align on requirements, and manage dependencies.
* Serve as the champion within the domain and the company for utilizing real-time data to create meaningful customer value at scale.
* Play a key role in driving the data-driven approach for other Webshop products.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create an ambitious roadmap focused on delivery and translate that roadmap into well-defined user stories.
Your Profile
* An analytical mindset with experience in analytics products (e.g., reporting and data visualization), preferably in eCommerce or app-focused settings, with the ability to handle complex data and turn it into actionable insights.
* At least 3-4 years of experience as a Product Owner. Experience in an agile environment as a Product Owner (m / f / d) or in a similar role, familiar with SCRUM / Kanban, and tools like JIRA / Confluence.
* Basic knowledge of SQL and a solid understanding of ETL processes.
* A / B testing experience is a bonus, with a fundamental understanding of hypothesis testing.
* Experience working in a SCRUM team.
* Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with business teams, analysts, and technical stakeholders.
