Our client, a Technological Start Up is searching for a full-time position of Head of Personnell Administration in People&Culture department. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the profesional will lead and oversee our Compensation and Benefits function and contribute to the company ́s growth with a strategic generalist role in People&Culture department. The HR will play a strategic role in developing and implementing Compensation and Benefits plans, Labour´s relations and payroll policies, and initiatives that align with the company's vision and mission.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
* Generalist role with a specialization in Compensation and Benefits. With multi-country management experience.
* Supervision and management of key areas such as personnel administration, labor relations, compensation and benefits, workforce planning and budget among others.
* Definition and implementation of policies, processes and projects that accompany the rapid growth of the organization.
* Valuable experience in roles in which you have had to "build from scratch" and/or in start-up environments.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor's degree in Law, Administration, Psychology, Economics or related fields. Master's degree in HR or specialized training desirable.
* Knowledge of management tools (e.g. Successfactors, Workday, budgeting tools...).
* Experience in the technology sector is valued, although not essential.
* 8+ years of experience in a similar position.
* Mastery of English, both spoken and written.
* Thorough knowledge of national/international labor legislation.
