THE ROLE
At Opella, we believe Digital & eCommerce will revolutionize the Healthcare industry, improve our consumers' well-being to make them live healthier and fuller lives. To reach our ambition in e-commerce, we are enlarging our capabilities and looking to hire a Western Europe e-Accounts Manager reporting to the Head of eCommerce.
As part of the Opella Western Europe eCommerce team, you will have the responsibility of leading the Amazon & other key accounts partnership. You will translate strategy into clear, actionable cross-functional plans, activating them through a combination of personal action and expert coordination with stakeholders and team members.
Key Responsibilities
This role has two main key pillars and main responsibilities (not exhaustive):
* Account management & JBP development:
Lead day-to-day account management of our portfolio to ensure delivery of the in-year UK/ES market e-Commerce plans. Drive budget achievement, monitor risks, evaluate and implement mitigation and/or acceleration opportunities to leverage our financial ambitions. Own account performance and streamline activation plans through Vendor Portal and our customer relationship (e.AVS), enhance our sell-out performance through availability, optimize invoicing and inventory levels, order management, improve profitability/customer terms, collaborate into above-country (e.PanEU) annual JBP cycle (e.AVN).
* Eventing excellence:
Take ownership in driving excellence of our eventing execution, review and elevate strategy to the next level by integrating relevant inputs & insights to enhance decision-making capabilities, optimize performance in both growth (e.Deal share) & profitability terms. Ensure continued improvement in execution of 4Ps assortment, pricing, and promotional strategy with internal partners for cross-channel synchronization and commercial policy control/improvement (Brand, Trade & Revenue and Finance teams).
Additional main responsibilities that apply to both main key pillars mentioned above:
* Indirect management of a team resource to ensure enlarged responsibility scope delivery.
* Apply Best-in-Class standards from global/region and share best practices across the eCommerce community to accelerate execution (insights & analytics and content).
* Work in collaboration with Global & Local Brand, Supply Chain, Finance, Revenue Management, eCommerce & Digital teams.
* Analyze performance using available tools (e.Digital Shelf monitoring), share insights and recommend action plans to key stakeholders.
* Understand, analyze and communicate clearly the shopper, category, and trade dynamics in the market, now and in the future.
* Be the shopper and customer-focused voice within the company & fully understand the shopper journey in the eCommerce channel(s).
* Support eCommerce content projects with brand, commercial team, and external agencies, ensuring the best-in-class content is implemented on time.
* Work closely with the eRetail Media Lead to develop and execute aligned sell-out activation plans, optimizing marketing strategies.
* Work with Global COE & Regional eCommerce team members to prepare the technology agenda for eCommerce aligned with the business plans and help roll out across markets.
