Job Purpose: Develop relation and business with professional customers by:Plan, maintain and ensure ownership of the AD&PRO; related to Alpha & relevant servicesLead communication for AD&PRO; budgetSupport category manager for Alpha category with necessary tools to support department activitiesDirectly engage with professional customers (Business partners and users)Develop long-term relationship with professional photographers and B2B entitiesDrive with Store Fairs/ Store eventsIntegrate/ Give support professional support serviceOwn Professional business in Portugal marketKey Responsibilities & Scope for Decision Making:Strategy:- Identify key stakeholders / key influencers in the Portuguese Market- Identify & evaluate business opportunity & size and priorities of activities to engage with the targeted companies/entities/influencers- Identify key touch points for professional customers through all channels (Agencies / Events / Dealers / Corporations / B2B / Professional Associations / etc)- Steer and deliver the business results (Net Sales / MP / Market Share) defined for the professional channelEngagement:- Become direct contact point for professional and agencies- Organize necessary events / participate to social networking- Manage local ambassador program in collaboration with existing structureLong term relationship:- Visit / contact regular base those key touch points- Build individual trust relation with professional photographers in order to increase the brand profile among this community- Engage with B2B / create relation of trust and ensure to open doors to those touch points- Participate to build data base of contacts & prospects- Develop Sony professional user’s visibility through marketing activities, customers social networksStore fairs:- Lead, organise, execute store fair events- Organize & drive professional photographer related store fairs- Initiate and EXECUTE workshop program by ambassador / professional photographers to photo hobbyist in store / house fairs / photo showsProfessional service:- Take leadership of pro-service preparation/scope definition and implementation in Portugal- Take responsibility of promoting service / recruiting key influencers- Communicate with local repair center / store touch points- Take leadership on service evolution (new touch points / service visibility branding etc)SDS (Selective Distribution Stores) Support and Development:- Train and support the SDS store staff to deliver the standards and the needs expected from professional customers when they contact these stores- Evaluate/audit the quality/knowledge of the SDS Stores- Investigate possible leads for regional expansion of SDS Stores in coordination with Sales TeamA&P; Management:- Budget, forecast, and actual management of A&P; spending of Professional Business department- Liaise within Sony Iberia & EU HQ all the A&P; processQualifications & Experience:Top of the game in photography, optics, lenses, professional photographic productsKnowledge of professional photographer environment / behaviour (from being a pro photographer or by previous experience involving professional photographer relationship)Experience or strong knowledge of professional service, ideally professional photographer service. Understanding of service quality and minimum requirementsKnowledge of the Digital Imaging industry is a strong advantageWorking experience in photographic industry of 8 years minimumExperience in public presentations and social networkingExperience professional camera brand or associated professional accessories or systemsFluent in Spanish, English and PortugueseUniversity degree is a plusBring your uniqueness to Sony.
