About the role
Launch your career in sales with a dynamic internship at Reckitt! This is not your average sales role; it's a springboard into understanding the fast-paced world of sales from the inside out. As an intern in our sales organization, you'll learn about analysis, 4P strategy, and customer engagement. You'll gain hands-on experience across diverse brands and play a supportive role in driving our business objectives.
Your responsibilities
1. Data reporting
2. Update monthly trackers and tools with IQVIA/NIELSEN consumption data (syndicated & panel)
3. Assist to prepare customized reports to management when needed
4. Support with the Top brand 4P KPIs tracking
5. Sell in (reports SKU level) analysis
6. Coordination of Display creation, development, distribution, and tracking
7. Updating Display tracker actuals
8. Coordinating with Sales department the process of the ordering/availability of displays, providing the updates on the current status of orders vs forecast
9. Help in providing information for Promo Catalogue based on TMM request
10. Help coordinating display creation along with POS Manager
11. Help in building the composition of the displays
12. Customer meetings data support (reporting). Extract Data needed for:
1. Customer Reviews
2. Ad-hoc sales meeting
3. Customer plans
4. Internal meetings (Regional Business Reviews, DM)
5. PRM (Performance Review Meeting) report with LSM (Local success model) scorecards for tracking, in-store examples, NPD status (listing and distribution tracking)
6. Channel report for Sales force with monthly priorities, KPI review and best in class performance
13. Promos support (both channels):
1. Campaigns support liaising with the agency
2. Providing all the information necessary to develop the PROMO
3. Communicate to Sales Rep / Area Managers the promotion and all its requirements
4. Tracking of the promotion to analyse its impact and execution
5. Support to Sales Rep in case there is any problem with the Promotion
6. Developing the materials for the promotion liaising with the creative agency
The experience we're looking for
* Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field, eager to forge a path in sales.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with the team and clients.
* An analytical approach with a talent for interpreting data and market insights.
* Resilience and adaptability within a vibrant sales environment.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
