Your Mission Should You Choose To Accept It: As the Rooftop General Manager, you are responsible for the effective management and development of the Rooftop venue within The Social Hub - Poblenou. Working closely with the Rooftop Head Chef and supported by the Director of F&B, you will manage all aspects of the Restaurant, including concept delivery, team management, service standards, financial performance, marketing activations, and guest satisfaction.

Who You Are:
* Proven experience managing a rooftop restaurant, bar, or similar venue, with a track record of delivering exceptional results.
* 1+ years in a leadership role within F&B with independent concept experience, with expertise in operations, team management, and financial oversight for a business generating 1m+ in revenue per year.
* Experience in concept-driven venues, combining creativity and operational excellence.
* Inspire and motivate your team, fostering trust and collaboration.
* Act quickly and decisively, even in situations with unclear alternatives.
* Perform effectively under pressure and maintain composure in tense circumstances.
* Break down complex matters, explaining situations or tasks clearly and systematically to others.
* Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to drive profitability.
* Proficiency in using tools to enhance operational efficiency and guest experiences.
* Ensure precision and consistency in all operational aspects.
* Deliver memorable guest experiences through exceptional service and attention to detail.
