Financial Controller
About the Job
The Financial Controller plays a key role in planning, forecasting, reporting, and analyzing financial KPIs and their main drivers for services, projects, and cost centers. Working closely with the business, the Financial Controller coordinates improvement measures and advise managers on financial controlling topics.
What you do
* Analyze company financial performance and provide clear, visual recommendations for decision-making.
* Create and deliver financial reports and dashboards for various stakeholders on a regular basis.
* Conduct monthly expense analysis and complete reporting templates, as well as monitor and analyze financial variances, recommend measures to meet financial plans and track progress on major projects.
* Develop financial targets for strategic planning and forecasting; handle annual budget planning, including staff costs in SAP.
* Support and challenge business decisions with financial analysis whilst contributing to develop controlling guidelines, methods and systems.
* Manage pricing and billing processes, approve prices and invoices, and ensure compliance with transfer pricing.
* Advise on business case development and provide financial recommendations for management decisions.
What you bring
* Background in accounting or controlling, with experience with SAP FI-CO/BW or similar systems.
* Strong analytical and presentation skills.
* Ability to quickly understand procedures and work efficiently with teams in a complex environment.
* Independent, problem-solving skills, accountability for projects/teams as well as being a team player and willing to lead without authority.
* Experience with engaging with senior management.
* 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Degree in finance, business administration, economics, or related field.
