We are currently looking for a Growth & Sales Director for one of our partners.
The mission:
The main objective is to manage large-scale digital projects and services, overseeing everything from planning to execution, while coordinating a sales and marketing team with a strong focus on business development and sales.
We need:
* Previous experience in digital and techsales.
* Familiarity with the technology sector and digital ecosystem.
* Experience in leading teams of 10 or more people.
* Experience working with high-level clients and managing large accounts.
* Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) for tracking and managing sales.
* Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment with considerable administrative load.
* Marketing experience will be a strong plus.
* Proactivity and focus on achieving commercial goals.
* Global vision in operations, logistics, and marketing.
* Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (both oral and written).
