What you´ll get to do:
1. Develop and lead the digital brand strategy and drive its implementation.
2. Deploy digital content strategy, focusing on target audiences and appropriate platforms.
3. Create and optimize content to acquire traffic and manage the consumer life cycle.
4. Organize insights and learnings to create a best practices playbook.
5. Collaborate with wider teams (marketing, PR, media, CRM) to integrate digital efforts and create engaging campaigns.
6. Manage paid media including strategy, plan approvals, tracking, and post-campaign reporting.
7. Gather and apply creative digital media learnings to brand campaigns.
8. Ensure the brand tone of voice is consistent across all digital platforms.
9. Manage communication with license partners to secure approvals and implementation.
10. Collaborate with local digital managers to supervise strategy implementation and ensure content meets local needs.
11. Support internal and external teams in creating and optimizing content.
We´d love to meet you if you have:
1. Relevant experience in a similar position.
2. Education in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
3. A background in Beauty and Fashion.
