The Cloud Operations DevOps teams are Responsible and Accountable for Sage’s online Product portfolio. The teams ensure our Products and Services are constantly available for our customers to use to run their businesses.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure products provide outstanding customer experience by remaining available, secure, and performant.
* Lead a team of Cloud Operations Specialists, coordinating team activities.
* Act as SCRUM Master, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring accountability for all team members.
* Resolve service incidents and drive root cause analysis (RCA) and service improvements.
* Manage and plan workloads and priorities of the Operations Team.
* Promote DevOps culture and ensure high delivery standards.
* Provide guidance across a range of operations, emphasizing upskilling of staff and on-the-job training.
* Experience in managing 24/7 operations.
* Ability to analyze, assess, and make informed technical decisions quickly.
* Experience with infrastructure automation and operational capabilities.
* Ability to deal with commercials and senior stakeholders.
