Partoo is a B2B SaaS scale-up committed to helping local businesses, large companies, or SMEs get closer to their customers. They have developed an all-in-one platform and various solutions centered around three value propositions: Get Found, Get Chosen, and Get Clients.
Through these propositions, they have developed several products that adapt to changes in the customer purchasing journey:
1. Get Found
Presence: Synchronize store information on main platforms (Google, Facebook, Waze, etc.), directories, and GPS.
Store Locator: Help customers find the store that’s right for them with up-to-date local data and dedicated filters on retailer websites.
Social Media: Manage posts on Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.
2. Get Chosen
Review: Centralize, reply to, and analyze customer reviews received on Google and Facebook.
Booster: Get additional positive reviews on Google through SMS and QR codes.
3. Get Clients
Messages: Centralize and reply to all chat messages received via Google Business Messages, Messenger, and soon also via Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.

ROLE & IMPACT
At Partoo, we have two types of clients: Enterprises (businesses with more than 20 points of sale) and SMBs (Small & Medium businesses). With our 2025 goals in mind, we are looking for a Business Development Representative who will be in charge of the Portugal expansion, BDR team growth, and winning new markets! Your goal? Ensure Partoo understands the Portugal market and attracts new clients.
SOME MEMBERS OF YOUR TEAM
* Fabio: With several years of sales experience, Fabio joined Partoo with the mission of opening the Portuguese market. After one year, he became Team Lead and shortly after Head of Sales Spain & Portugal, all while having fun!
* Liliana: She joined Partoo last year and is from Portugal, working in the Barcelona office as an Account Executive - Iberia.
YOUR MANAGER
Luciano: Originally from Sicily, Luciano arrived in Barcelona in 2012. He started as a BDR for Italy before managing all BDRs for Southern Europe (Spain, Portugal, and Italy).
MISSIONS
1. Contact prospects to obtain qualified appointments with top decision-makers (marketing directors, digital).
2. Manage incoming leads and answer their queries about our solutions.
3. Provide an excellent first impression to our prospects and customers.
4. Work with the International Sales team to increase their sales force, develop sales, and help build a first-class team.
5. Maintain quality relationships with leads through reminders and personalized messages to increase interest in our solutions.
6. Achieve weekly objectives for creating new opportunities and concrete sales.
7. Generate new business opportunities through events, marketing, and various initiatives.
IT'S A MATCH
* First experience required; experience in sales/business development is a plus.
* Native Portuguese and fluent in Spanish.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
1. A 30' interview with Jeadyne, Intl. Talent Acquisition Manager.
2. A take-at-home exercise.
3. A 1h interview with Luciano, BDR Team Manager.
4. A 30' interview with Jeremie, Global Head of BDR.
€35,800 - €39,800 a year. The salary range is OTE (On Target Earnings) and includes both base and variable components, determined during the interview based on skills and level of seniority.
