We are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE GREEK AND ENGLISH to join an important company of the Pharma Industry located in Barcelona.
This position will be responsible for:
-Interact with customers (directly and via sales team members).
-Resolve any immediately adressable customer requests.
-Support sales, planning team members with customer information.
Requirements:
-Operational experience in Customer Service, Commercial, Logistics or Administration.
-Fluent in Greek (proficiency)
-English B2 level.
We Offer:
-Temporary contract of 6 months.
-Hybrid position: 2/3 days in the office. Work at home compensation: 50 euros per month.
-Schedule from 8.15am to 5pm (with flexibility) from Monday to Thursday, Friday intensive.
