Itinerary: Will finish the winter in the shipyard (Vilanova-Spain) and summer will sail around the MED. Next winter will do CAR.
License Required: YM or Master 200GT.
Requirements:
1. STCW + refresher
2. ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months)
3. Spanish residence or Schengen visa
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic sailor with a solid sailing background to join a professional team aboard a 38m classic sailing yacht. This role offers excellent growth opportunities, with the potential to take on more Mate responsibilities over time.
English speaking, sailing experience, and a passion for the sea. Team player with a proactive and positive attitude. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Package:
* Salary: €4,500/month
* Leave: 38 days per calendar year.
* Perks: 1 flight home per contract.
